In this series, Meg and Jeff Horn, Toms River, NJ family law attorney and host of The Bold Sidebar, discuss highlights of several 2021 New Jersey Supreme Court decisions and cases it has agreed to hear in 2022.
First up in Episode 1 is State v. Lodzinski. On October 6, 2021, in a stunning and highly unusual decision, the New Jersey Supreme Court agreed to reconsider its May 2021 decision affirming the conviction of Michelle Lodzinski for the murder of her 5 1/2 year old son in 1991 after his disappearance from a carnival in Sayreville - a crime that she wasn’t charged for until 2014.
