Bucks County District Attorney

Matt Weintraub has been the Bucks County District Attorney since 2016. Before that Matt worked as an Assistant District Attorney in Bucks and Lehigh Counties; and as an Assistant Prosecutor in Cape May County. Matt is widely recognized for spearheading and supporting numerous community response and prevention programs, including universal Narcan for all law enforcement, a statewide-leading medication takeback program, a free gunlock distribution initiative, and CRIMEWATCH. He has argued successfully before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Matt has also taught criminal justice courses at Delaware Valley University, Rowan University and DeSales University.
