Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation Attorney
Attorney William Brown, Jr., focuses his practice on creditor rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Bill represents lenders and banking institutions regarding creditors’ rights and commercial contractual disputes and actions to enforce promissory notes and guarantees. As a former member of the U.S. Navy SEALs and an Iraq War veteran, Bill is active in the veterans community. He organized a Navy SEAL Hudson River Swim and Run, which fundraises for the GI GO Fund. He was also elected as president of the Veteran Alumni of Rutgers University.
