Assistant Deputy Public Defender for Cumberland County
Kim Schultz is the Assistant Deputy Public Defender for Cumberland County and an adjunct professor at The College of New Jersey. Before serving in this role, Kim was an Assistant Public Defender for the Defender Association of Philadelphia and an Associate at Levow & Associates. Recently, Kim was on the team of attorneys that brought the well-known case, State v. Olenowski, to the NJ Supreme Court, questioning the validity of specialized law enforcement officers known as Drug Recognition Experts.
