Danielle Buckley Esquire is a retired Atlantic County Chief Assistant Prosecutor. She served as ACPO’s Human Trafficking Liaison to the NJ Division of Criminal Justice, where she presided over numerous Human Trafficking investigations and prosecutions. Buckley is certified by the Attorney General’s Office to teach Human Trafficking, and has used that certification to educate various groups. She is a national expert and staunch advocate for the rights of victims of human trafficking. In 2020 she was chosen as an Advocacy Champion by the NJ Coalition Against Human Trafficking. She recently formed her own consulting firm, Back on Your Feet Consulting, LLC, in which she provides attorneys with a wide range of legal services on an as-needed basis.
