Bill represents lenders and banking institutions regarding creditors’ rights and commercial contractual disputes and actions to enforce promissory notes and guarantees. As a former member of the U.S. Navy SEALs and an Iraq War veteran, Bill is active in the veterans community. He organized a Navy SEAL Hudson River Swim and Run, which fundraises for the GI GO Fund. He was also elected as president of the Veteran Alumni of Rutgers University.
